All young children develop differently and can often find communicating their needs difficult.
Bullying is not tolerated in Glasgow schools and Nurseries but is very rare in the early years and most issues of conflict with young children is based on their developmental stage and not of bullying. We do report all incidents to parents when a child has injured a peer and are vigilant with our staged planning and risk assessments when children find it difficult to share space or resources with others.
